His commitment to excellence is further exemplified by Long term Fellowship in Vitreo Retina at National Institute Of Ophthalmology where he honed his skills and passion for providing specialized care to all Retina patients in the field of Medical as well as surgical retina, Retinopathy of Prematurity in New born. Dr. Shiblee is not only renowned for his expertise in treating Retina cases but also for his long history of doing cataract surgery for 20 years including Phacoemulsification surgery.
